Meet Naven

The designers describe it right when they say “Naven is all about bright colors and the clothes are fun, flirty, youthful, and sexy“.  Known for their neon colors that pop and vintage inspired silk pieces, Naven is a beautiful line that we at LIVE! On Sunset love.

Khloe wore the skinny mini in hot pink last night and looked irresistible in it. Other fans of the line include Lauren Conrad, Lily Collins, Kim Kardashian, and now Aly and Aj, who seen above flipping through the racks last night, fell in love with the fun, flirty, yet classic line.

Naven was born when the twin sister/designer duo Kymberley and Alexis McClay put their fashion ideals into a tangible form and introduced their women’s contemporary line in Los Angeles in the fall of 2007.  Naven plays on a contrast between a classic and sophisticated silhouette and a young, fun and flirty style. The line highlights the beauty of the female silhouette through flattering fits while portraying empowerment and energy through bold colors, fine fabrics, and an edgy take on the classic form.  Come into LIVE! Meet Boulee

A LIVE! On Sunset favorite, Boulee launched in 2006 by Los Angeles-based designer Debbie Moradzadeh, offers a collection of eye candy including fun and flirty pieces like silky dresses, tanks, and tops. This fantastic line has everything from fitted pencil skirts, draped trapeze dresses, and intricate cut-outs.

Last night Debbie, and her business partner and sister Rebecca, debuted their stunning Holiday 2009 collection.  The clothes in this collection consist of a fantastic pieces, including the Corset Khloe wore last night.  They incorporate shine in a classy and celebratory way.

Until we have some pieces form the Holiday 2009 collection in store, come shop the pieces that we recently received including  new skirts, tops, and dresses from their summer line.

A Fashionable Evening With Naven and Boulee

At last night’s Naven and Boulle trunk show, a great evening was had by all.  Chin Chin’s delicious food including Won Ton Stars, Spring Rolls, Potstickers and their Famous Chinese Chicken Salad was served.  Champagne was supplied by Karma and Red Bull was the mixer of choice for the evening. DJ Jasepi spun amazing music that had the crowd in an up beat and celebratory mood the entire evening.

The store was packed with a fashion loving crowd enjoying Naven and Boulee’s stunning Holiday collections.  They won’t be shipped until the fall but we can’t wait until we have them in store to show them to you.

Last night’s Naven and Boulee Trunk show hosted by Khloe Kardashian was a smashing success.  The turnout was fantastic and Naven and Boulee both debuted stunning Holiday Collections.  We can’t wait to show you all the pictures from the red carpet, the crowd, and the fashions as the day goes on.
