Twenty Cluny Event

Last night’s event at LIVE! On Sunset, the premier of Sara Rabkin’s collection, Tweny Cluny was a wonderful evening.  Her designs are beautiful and the fashionable crowd had a fantastic evening.

The line received i it’s name from a home that Sara designed, 20 Cluny was the address and from that she created Twenty Cluny.  It was her favorite project to date and she decided to name her collection after it as a way to pay it homage.

Sara fits Hilary Atkin, of Atkinreport.com, in this amazing sequin bomber jacket.

A group of Apparel and Textile Students from North Dakota State University came to the event last night and had a great time shopping around the store.  They especially loved the Kitson LA section and picked up souviners to take back home and remind them of their trip.

Today’s Shopper Of The Day, JRobs, lives here in Los Angeles and loves buying her going out looks at LIVE! Julie, who works nearby and is a huge fan of LIVE! On Sunset, came in this week on her lunch break wearing the new Rory Beca embellished tank she bought last week.  This bright swingy over-sized tank with delicate beading was featured in Lucky Magazine and is perfect for a casual day look, like Julie exhibits, or dressed up for night.

While Julie was in store not to show us how fantastic she looked, which in fact, she did, but to pick up a pair of the amazingly comfortable and sexy Current/Elliott Boyfriend jeans. We wonder where we will spot a LIVE! On Sunset shopper out and about on the scene next.

Q & A With Our Web Model

As we told you yesterday we were busy in store with our summer photo shoot.  I stole a minute with Danielle, our fantastic web model, to ask her some questions about fashion and LIVE! On Sunset.

Q: How do you describe your personal style?

A: I love vintage, but I always make sure to mix it with new stuff.  In terms of jewelry and accessories, I’m very classic.  I don’t wear a lot of jewelry.  I treat my clothing as accessories.  Shoes however are very important to me.  I’m all about heels, if you ever catch me in flats its sneakers or riding boots.

Q: What’s the best tip you can give to LIVE! On Sunset shoppers and fans?

A: Don’t overlook and automatically dismiss the sale rack, LIVE! On Sunset has amazing sales and there’s a lot of good stuff to be found on there.

Q: What is your favorite item in store?

A: I absolutely love the Herve Leger by Max Azria bandage dresses, they not only look fantastic but they are so comftorable and sexy to wear.
